Dec 18, 2024 · I don't think it works that way. It only works in Camera RAW, and NOT the Camera RAW filter. I don't use Lightroom, so I don't know how the edits you made in Lightroom would be passed to Photoshop if you Open the NEF file directly, but give it a go and see if the sliders reflect the LR changes.

Feb 22, 2017 · Here's where I think is gets weird, when I view the file in photoshop there appears to be no background, I see the "transparent background" i.e the grey little squares. I save the image as normal, I don't see an option to remove a background because there isn't one.
