May 27, 2009 · I currently don't own any HK products, but I am looking at buying a HK 9SD as a host for my first suppressor (a SWR Trident). I chose 9mm for 2 reasons. 1. It is a fairly cheap round to shoot. 2. It is easier to suppress than .45 and can also be shot dry/hearing safe. What do ya'll think of that combo?
