Feb 29, 2012 · I'm shooting a Mathews Halon 32 (6) 70lbs at a 28" draw length. Arrows weigh in at 405gr. The mods appear to be 27" 85% to my best knowledge. The chrono was reading 285 FPS on average. Does that seem about right? Seems to be a little slow for a fairly modest arrow weight. Any thoughts or inputs?

For speeds, we're looking at a very slight decrease in IBO speeds on the Halon 32 from the original Halon. With 350 fps on the Halon 5, 343 fps on the Halon 6, and 335 on the Halon 7. Just like with last year's Halon, the Halon 32 uses the Crosscentric cams for perfectly level nock travel.

Feb 8, 2019 · I'm shooting the Halon 32-7 currently and really like it. Even though I had to sacrifice a few FPS, I think it is smoother/quieter after the shot and better balanced than the H32-5 or H32-6, but those are still decent bows in my opinion.

Feb 19, 2024 · The HALON 32 proved exceptionally smooth on the shot and reported easiest a minute jump within the take care of along with some low, lasting vibration. A high quality stabilizer entirely killed the vibration and diminished the already minute jump.
