The Hécate II is the standard heavy sniper rifle and anti-materiel rifle of the French Army, sometimes known as the FR-12.7 (French: Fusil à Répétition de calibre 12.7 mm or "12.7 mm calibre repeating rifle"). It is manufactured by PGM Précision of France.

The Hecate II is designed and produced by PGM Industries of Poisy, France and was nearly the anti-material rifle of choice for the British Army as well (in its Hecate I form) before losing out to an Accuracy International product in the end.

The Hecate II is a bolt action anti-material rifle chambered for 12.7x99mm rounds. There are no variants of the Hecate II although over time the production models slightly changed. Early models had a M60 bipod, which later changed to a fully adjustable bipod.
