Dec 9, 2023 · Has anybody experienced a bug in the Helium Mobile app where you are unable to claim your rewards? I go to claim and it says "claim successful" but nothing happens. I close and reopen the app and it's allowing me to claim my rewards again. Yesterday I claimed my rewards just fine using the free weekly claim.

Dec 8, 2021 · First, Helium is an app. If you're looking for an alternative method, that is inherently different than an alternative app. Using adb and a whole other device is not really an alternative app ... Second, gist also requires root permission, that will always be the case, as I already mentioned. It's even noted in the link.

Apr 25, 2023 · I am using the helium wallet app on Android, which seems to still be having some problems. At any rate, I can't convert the 0.2 HNT to SOL because the radio button I need to click on to agree to the terms is off the screen to the left in the helium wallet app browser. So I can't agree to the terms and therefore cannot do the swap.

Apr 4, 2024 · The mobile mapping part of the helium app is the weak link in the helium mobile chain. Even if you have the most update version of the app it crashes. I recommend installing and reinstalling every week or so .

Over on X (Twitter), u/helium_mobile had this to say. u/helium_mobile If you're a new subscriber, you have to wait at least 8 days to claim rewards! That would be nice to work into the app set up so people like me don't go troubleshooting a non-issue.
