He has a wide dmg ratio, so cast Bless (if you don't have Mass Bless that is) on him in the first place to maximize his dmg. It depends on which criteria. In competitive PvP, they are not. They would be mid-bottom tier in most popular templates. Their biggest downside? Tempo.
