Hull's Old Town is where a grand minster and cobbled streets flush with Georgian town houses give a flashback to the prosperity the town once knew. It occupies the thumb of land between the River Hull to the east and Princes Quay to the west.

Hull's old town is a fab place to go for a day out. There are lots of pretty cobbled streets in the museum quarter and plenty to do during the day. You can do the fish trail and visit the museums or do some shopping. Theres lots of little independent shops in the old town mostly in Hepworth Arcade and Trinity market.

We explored Hull today on our way south after a few days in Bridlington. This was a hidden gem with so much to see and do, even in winter. There are many shopping streets and malls and also a lot of cobbled streets with lovely bars, restaurants and cafes and lots of grand old buildings.

We will show you around the “Old Town” through its cobbled streets and narrow alleys which typify this part of the city. You will see the smallest window in England, the largest Parish Church (Now Hull Minster) and some of the strangest street names in England too!
