Oct 19, 2024 · We’re looking to buy a new 2024 Jeep Sahara. Not easy to buy one under $60k. A body shop is on my route for parts delivery. This body shop does the sublet warranty paint / body work for a local Jeep dealer. Body shop is saying Jeep has an ongoing situation with paint flaking and rust conditions at door and hood hinges. Aug 2, 2007 · Most 4" of spring under lift require a 4 degree correction. If you lifted your jeep 2.5" you "may" not need to do a thing. The shims are placed under your spring perches, above your springs with the fat end of the shim facing the front of your jeep. So facing your front driver's side tire, the fat end is to your left.

Feb 9, 2021 · Ahh, you've experienced the death wobble. When the death wobble occurs it's usually at least one of three things: Loose stabilizer bolts, bad tires/unbalanced tires, and/or actual steering problems. I'd say 75-80 percent of the time it has to do with the stabilizer. Recently Jeep put out a new iron steering box which may help with issues like this.

Feb 28, 2015 · You can think about the Sahara X and the Freedom edition too. I personally prefer the freedom over the x. On the standard Sahara you have the option of the 2 wheel styles, some people have taken the standard 5 spokes had them coated black and they look quite different. There are also the old sahara 5 spokes that go very cheap on ebay.
