Sep 30, 2024 · I am looking to replace the TCM on my 2012 Jetta TDI. Where is the TCM located on the vehicle? Does the TDI Jetta with a DSG use the TCM plastic black box p/n 09G 927 750 LF ? I have code: U0101 No communication TCM. I've pulled the battery and mounting brackets, along with the left fender liner.

Jul 20, 2024 · 3. Refilled with 5 quarts DSG fluid from top with bottom plug removed but plastic standoff inserted. This will get you to the proper fill level fast without guessing. 4. Reinstall drain plug, fill plastic filter housing with DSG fluid and pour into funnel on top of transmission.

Nov 30, 2008 · 09 jetta with DSG Well my 09 has 1.5k miles and less than 3 weeks on the clock and it clunks and bangs into 1st gear on a 2/1 ds and a 1 to stop. It's at the dealer with no codes and since my 06 TDI DGS was also a piece I'm going to request a new car. Sorry but German engineering is out the door and VW quality is crap. This is my last VW.

May 18, 2011 · What all is involved with swapping a CR DSG Jetta over to a 6 speed manual? I have built and swapped many of the older TDI cars but not anything past 2005. I just bought 2 2009 Jetta TDI cars for $500 for the pair from a guy. The one is DSG but has a junk/blown transmission where the other one is a 6 speed manual but hit hard in the passenger side.
