Dec 13, 2019 · It is frustrating to have these problems. and contacting KTM is very hard. But you can't fault them on the warranty. You should not have to contact your dealer. That's what KTM-net is for and all KTM dealers should have it. Be aware there is a shortage of duke parts so that 3 week down time may be optimisitic.

Jun 9, 2022 · After all the BS and dicking around with the 790, I still decided to stay with KTM for the simple reason Dukes are an awesome ride. The 2021 890 which replaced Ugga also has a big problem. Thankfully she's running beautifully and is also a lovely ride, however the front brakes didn't feel right from the start.
