Jun 1, 2006 · I know Kona Coast Resort has Phases, and Shell has units there. II lists the whole place under four different resort codes, KOC, KON, KN1, and KC1. The resort and exchange dates worked well for me, so I confirmed it. My Exchange History now lists the exchange as "The Kona Coast Resort Interval Ownership" with resort code KOC.

Jun 22, 2009 · We returned from Hawaii last week and Kona Coast Resort was fantastic! Our friends used the 2-bedroom unit in KCR I and loved it - the place was huge. They were in Bldg 5 unit 101 which seemed to be a good location. They had tons of space here and were very grateful for it after spending the previous week in a hotel room.
