The Kyll (German pronunciation: [ˈkɪl]), noted by the Roman poet Ausonius as Celbis, [2] is a 128-kilometre-long (80 mi) river in western Germany (North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate), left tributary of the Moselle.
