My theory is that Digit, Zing, Jolly, and Livvy are trans. The female Pixies all have unique outfits, accessories and wings in their PopPixie form, meanwhile all the male Pixies have the same clothes, wings and accessories in their PopPixie form but different colors.

Pop Pixie is the main transformation from the animated series with the same name. Female pixies acquire elegant dresses with gloves, hair accessories along with a pair of long and colorful wings. While male pixies acquire sporty-looking outfits with headbands and dragonfly-like wings.
