The M203A2 is intended for use with the M4 series/M16A4 and now also authorized on the M16A2 rifle as the modular weapon system (MWS). Using standard 12 in (30 cm) barrels, the grenade launcher is intended for use in concert with the Knight's Armament Company M5 RAS.

May 15, 2020 · Just finished installing my Colt M203 on a FN M16A4 upper with KAC M5 RAS. I am using a M4 QD mount. The trigger guard pushes the M203 forward, but I noticed that there's a slight forward/backward when I hold it (like a spring). Is this normal or should this be tight?

Jul 17, 2023 · Until someone like SARCO stumbles on a huge forgotten CONEX container full of long-obsolete pencil barrel M203 mounts, these kits are going to trade in the current ~$70 range. Same for the M203 grenadier side sling mount kit, more or less.

Jun 7, 2023 · Form 1 Colt M203. Wanted to do a A2 build, but the mounting hardware for the 203 that works with the original handguard is unobtanium. Ended up going for an A4 build until I can get that hardware. AR lower is just a PSA M16A2 replica.

May 5, 2020 · I’m doing an M16A4 build and I plan on getting a M203 for it. But the one thing I haven’t really seen is how people attached the wires from the lights, peqs, and stuff. Like do I just stick em on one of the side rails?
