May 16, 2017 · HSP was a premium stock and built premium "factory" rifles in the early 2000s. For 10+ years the 700p was THE go to rifle for a build. A lot of shit has changed since then but I built my first LR rifle in 2000 off an M70 Stealth (HS stock) Badger mounts and a Leopold M3 scope with a Harris and TI sling.

Apr 20, 2010 · Re: H-S Precision M24 Stock I think the stock in your link is not particularly the actual M24 stock, but the stock that comes with the 700P. It is a good stock, not too heavy and pretty sturdy, and most certainly will not bend like the flimsy Houge stock.

Nov 1, 2022 · It was an unfinished Remington factory long action with a Remington factory M24 barrel in a Remington box. It has been Cerakoted, though. I am only concerned about whether an M24 barrel can fit in a pst011 stock. Yes, the pst011 will work with any Rem 700 factory or aftermarket floorplate other than the Sunny Hill/Dakota floorplate.

Nov 20, 2005 · HS has a short action version of the original M24 stock which was LA with a magazine spacer to allow SA usage.(if you didn't know by chance) I was thinking over doing a loose copy utilizing this stock, either finding an older 700 action or just going with a modern 700 platform and M24 profile barrel.
