Standard metric T-slots and T-nuts.

T-slot nuts anchor threaded rods and studs to T-slot tables when using fixturing components (such as setup clamps) on machining and positioning tables. The threaded bore attaches to a threaded rod or stud and slides into a T-slot.

These nuts for T-slots (slot nuts) are manufactured according to DIN 508. The range is extended by other dimensions that are not included in DIN.

Designed to slide into T-slot tracks on machine tool tables, use these nuts to secure clamps and workpieces. Metric Fully Threaded— Fully threaded nuts allow a stud to extend beyond the bottom of the nut.

Though T-nuts are designed for use in T-slots, their hardened nature allows them to be used in many new and different applications where a threaded bolt needs retaining, such as between two uprights. T-nuts are available from M5 to M30 and heat treated to strength class 10.

For milled- from-bar hex nuts, the nominal bar size used shall be the closest commercially available size to the specified basic width across flats of the nut.
