MODOK also participated in "The War of the Super-Villains" storyline in Iron Man #74–75 (May–June 1975). MODOK had a series of encounters with the superheroine Ms. Marvel in Ms. Marvel #5 (May 1977), 7 (July 1977) and 9–10 (Sept.–Oct. 1977).

Ant-Man called for reinforcements from his army of Ants who attacked Yellowjacket, before Ant-Man was able to throw him into the train tracks, causing him to be run over by Cassie's little Thomas the Tank Engine toy.

A.I.M., of course, wanted this discovery, but was thwarted by Captain America and Iron Man. On this occasion, M.O.D.O.K. utilized the pooled psychic power of the super-society to create a giant humanoid body for himself made up out of pure energy.

After completing the device, MODOK unexpectedly meets with Iron Man and has him buy his and Monica's A.I.M. shares, thus allowing him to buy the company. Austin tries to warn MODOK about the GROME, but is killed by Gary.

George Tarleton, currently known as the Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing/Conquest (M.O.D.O.K./M.O.D.O.C.), is one of the main antagonists in the Marvel Universe. specifically serving as one of the main antagonists of the Avengers franchise. and a major antagonist in both Iron Man and the Incredible Hulk franchises.

When A.I.M. managed to take over the network of Stark Industries, M.O.D.O.K. presented himself to Iron Man in a third enhanced form. To Iron Man was revealed that M.O.D.O.K. was actually a copy of Aldrich Killian's consciousness and that he was ready to defeat Iron Man once and for all.

MODOK, formerly known as George Tarleton, is a member of The Hand and right-hand to Mandarin. George Tarleton was a widely respected genius. He was one of earth’s greatest scientists on psionics. However, Tarleton often found himself doing Soviet Union dirty work.

M.O.D.O.K. was a series from Marvel Animation. The series is the first to focus on the character, though he was a main character for much of Iron Man. All ten episodes aired on May 21st, 2021. The titular villain has run A.I.M. into the ground as leader.

Facing the team, Iron Man first destroyed his engines to ground him whilst Captain America destroyed his personal Terrigen power source. Conjuring a forcefield to protect himself, MODOK was caught off guard when Thor channeled the Bifrost to break it.
