Founded in November of 1910, the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS ® (MAAR) is one of Tennessee's largest local REALTOR ® associations and encompasses Shelby, Fayette, Tipton, Hardin, Hardeman and McNairy Counties.

MAAR has operated a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for its members since 1954. The Association transitioned to Paragon as the primary MLS information management system for members in April 2014.

Membership in the Multi Million Dollar Club is open to MAAR members in good standing who meet MMDC's eligibility requirements. To qualify for membership, an applicant must be a REALTOR ® or REALTOR-ASSOCIATE ® member of MAAR and meet one of the following criteria for sales volume in the previous calendar year:

The total 2024 membership dues for MAAR, Tennessee REALTORS ® and the National Association of REALTORS ® (NAR) are $465 for the calendar year. The due date for annual membership dues is December 15 of the previous calendar year.
