Dec 23, 2022 · In Photos, my 3 dots at the top right of the Library view shows this: In album view, I don't get the 3 dots. In Edit view, I get this: So, as JimmyCMPIT says, what you get depends on what you're doing. If you don't get options, then you don't have anything installed to use with it.

Just exit full-screen mode and your traffic light dots will reappear. Use the little diagonal arrows in the upper right screen to toggle between full and normal screen mode.

Dec 28, 2012 · When you move an icon on the desktop, the dots all move to different random spots. When you drag a window, they start filling up that window till you can't read whats on it.
