Move the entire folder/notes hierarchy from the iCloud account within Notes to the local On My Mac account. 4. Enable Notes in the iCloud Preferences.

Apr 16, 2023 · I'm having the exact same problem with Notes. I have a MacBook Pro 2021 (M1 Max) with Ventura 13.5. My iPhone is 11Pro. The Mac receives any notes I make on the phone, but changes on the Mac are not being received on the phone. I've tried every recommended option for fixing this problem – without success.

Jan 19, 2025 · I'm a chronic Notes app user, and I use it pretty much everyday on my iPhone, iPad and Macbook Pro. For some reason, one day I cannot open the app on my Mac. Same account as my other devices, but it just stopped working on the computer. Whenever I try to open it, it immediately closes.

Because it's a corporate device, I'm not able to leverage iCloud to transfer over a significant number of data I have in my Notes App. Is there a way to migrate LOCAL Notes between MacBooks? Thanks!

Aug 29, 2012 · One does not need to use another application to copy/paste a strike-through style into Notes. Launch TextEdit, and click on the left-most paragraph styles icon in the Toolbar. Verify if there is a strike-through item in that style menu. You can access this style from Notes without TextEdit. In Notes, select the text to receive the Strike-through.

Jul 2, 2023 · Notes not being pushed to iPhone from iCloud This just started happening but it's been working pretty flawlessly for me for years. I have 45 notes on my iCloud account, which I access from my MacBook Pro and my iPhone. If I edit a note on MacBook Pro, it gets updated in the iCloud and NOT pushed to my iPhone.
