Lacus Welt (ラクス・ウェルト Rakusu Ueruto?) is a vampire in Japan who often works with René Simm and Mikaela Hyakuya. After the world was devastated he murdered Tomoe Saotome and would later come across her younger brother, Yoichi Saotome when Lacus participated in the invasion of Shinjuku.

Lacus Welt is a minor antagonist of the anime, manga, and light novel series Seraph of the End. He is a common vampire that is often seen by René Simm and Mikaela Hyakuya's sides and works as a guard of the vampire city.

Upon finding that Mika is alive as a vampire, he is overjoyed and immediately swore to save him. [vol. 4] After deciding that his new reason to live is to reclaim Mikaela from the vampires, he started to be less vengeful and places more value in friends and companionship.
