Mar 9, 2021 · Well we know how Kai got there but if we are meant to believe that Joe, Nao, and Kanna's sister were all taken because they were at the wrong place/wrong time that seems a little sloppy from an organization that's so focused on who's gonna win the death game (running hundreds of AI simulations etc.)

This is one of the endings in Chapter 2 of Your Turn to Die. Sara decides to escape with Nao and let the rest of her friends get executed.
