You can try to look them up on the Rankings. However, if you did not play between January 2013 and November 2015, and didn't have a level 200 character, then your character names were changed to a random string of digits in a name-clearing event.

You can either delete and recreate any character, or you can purchase name change coupons from the cash shop for 15,000 NX. Recreating characters is probably cheaper and would help you get back into the game more easily.
