NJA worked with the District to deliver a Design-Build project envisioning a comprehensive site master plan, facility expansion, and replacement of existing buildings. A sense of safety and security for the public, District staff, and physical assets was a guiding factor in the master plan development for the District.

Working closely with the Public Works and Community Development Departments, NJA was tasked with providing updated safety and security measures for City Hall public access areas across two stories. The design was considered at a detailed level, mindful to maintain and preserve the historic character of the building.

As part of the gut renovation of a historic downtown structure, NJA worked with the owner to restore the exterior façade and create three new tenant spaces. Outside a welcoming streetscape of brick, stone, and storefront glazing complements the neighboring structures.

Used as the headquarters for a national road and highway builder located in Reno, Nevada, the 8,500-square-foot office building design features a fully exposed pre-fabricated metal building. Close coordination between NJA and the metal building provider throughout the process to ensure design intent was maintained.

Winters Senior Center. Located adjacent to the Blue Terrace Senior Apartments, the Winters Senior Center will represent a place of gathering for the community.

Livermore Boutique Hotel. The remodel of the 125-unit Springtown Inn will incorporate a fresh new feel as a contemporary mission boutique hotel.

Lakehouse. Situated in a mix of industrial, commercial, single-family, and medium-density housing, the proposed development will provide an upscale living environment, attracting professionals to invest and settle in the Lodi region, while benefitting the community and increasing local commerce.
