The Worksite Hazard Management (WHM) is a section (MSE13) under Operational Safety, which covers the overall process of how PDO manage hazards and risks at the workplace.
To identify and manage hazards with severity five or red risk on PDO Risk Assessment Matrix (RAM). The capitalised term SHALL [PS] indicates a process safety requirement. The lower case word shall indicates a requirement. The word should indicates a recommendation.
