Pansy Catalina Ho Chiu-king (Chinese: 何超瓊; born 26 August 1962) is a Hong Kong billionaire businesswoman who is the daughter of Macau businessman Stanley Ho, and the managing director of various companies he founded, including Shun Tak Holdings.

Born on August 26, 1962, Pansy Ho studied marketing and business management in the United States before returning to Macau to work for her father’s companies. She served as the managing director of Shun Tak Holdings from 1999 until 2011 when she was appointed co-chair alongside her brother Lawrence Ho.
