Pett is a village and civil parish in the Rother district of East Sussex, England. The village is located 5 miles (8.0 km) north-east of Hastings on the edge of Pett Level, the one-time marshes stretching along the coast of Rye Bay.

Pett Level is a small, peaceful seaside village, and is situated on the coast between Rye and Hastings. It lies alongside the western end of a sea defence wall, built in the 1940’s, along which one can walk, giving wonderful views of the sea, beach and cliffs.
