Mono Gel Pig is environmentally friendly and easy to apply. Mono Gel Pig is supplied precast in light weight canisters which are simply bolted onto the end of the pipe. The pig is then manually inserted using a threaded plunger or by applying liquid or gas pressure from the rear.

Pipeline Gel Pigs. Gel Pigs are designed to perform some of the functions of a traditional pig without requiring a receiver and extrusion is easy. Gel Pigs are chemically constructed with a rigid or semi-rigid structure.

Mono Gel Pig is a pipeline pig made from a mixture of gelled monoethylene glycol and water. Having a melting point of around 30°C it is typically used in colder climates and as with all gel pigs it is used in situations where a mechanical pig cannot be.
