May 21, 2021 · Would like to provide a pool of some sort for our 3 rescue pigs. Last year we went the plastic kiddie pool route. They loved them but tore through them in weeks (sometimes days). Looking for something a little more sturdy and/or any other suggestions. I will even consider digging and creating a natural one, if that is the best option.

That’s okay, because you can take that inflatable pool indoors and turn it into a rooting pool for your pig! Pigs are natural foragers, so they love digging around for treasures and treats.

Some pigs enjoy laying and rolling in their pools, while others (like Linc here) just enjoy standing and cooling off the ol’ tootsies. Any little child pool will do. Many can be found at retailers like Target and Walmart.
