Aug 29, 2011 · My version of the Pinkie Pie is a double shot of espresso, a finger of hot whiskey, 2 spoons of sugar and pink cream mixed with a little sugar on top. Not whipped cream, it has to be just cream with sugar and colouring. If you do it right, the cream doesn't mix with the coffee/alcohol, defying common sense like Pinkie. Awesome on a cold night.
