I figured out that what was causing it was Survey Junkie, or specifically a program made by them under the name SJ Pulse.

May 6, 2023 · I contacted pinterest and it wasn’t much help, they said they couldn’t duplicate the issue to trouble shoot and the suggested troubleshooting methods were to delete browser extensions, clear cache and cookies and download a new browser, all of which I tried but no luck.
