Students will be provided with the information on how to become a registered technician. Upon successfully completing this 15-week course (105 hours) the student will receive a certificate of completion from PMTC. Students may then register for the national certification exam given through the PTCB.

PMTC offers specialized training, equipping you for a career in a fast-paced, rapidly changing health care environment.

Upon successful completion of the theory requirements, students will receive a certificate of completion from PMTC and will be assisted with the scheduling of the certification exam. This is a 16 week course. *Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or GED.

This hybrid course is a combination of virtual learning with a live instructor and in person lab days. There will be 2 lab days scheduled at the end of the course at a PMTC campus. This program is designed to prepare students for employment as Central Sterile Processing Technicians.
