We try to stock a good assortment of under bridle 1/4” Bosalitas, 8-1/2” nose, 10-1/2” bodies, 4-8 and 12 plait. We carry a large variety of Mecates in all sizes and colors. We carry both mane hair and mohair. From 1/4 getdown ropes up to 3/4 mane hair. Most of our Hackamores are 12 plait with rawhide braided cores. $20.00.

Our Bosals are crafted using a rawhide core. The rawhide core has been dried in the sun for an easily shaped bosal that has a good action in the nose and cheeks. They are braided for a perfect fit for the Quarter horse, Paint horse and can be made in Arab sizes.

Rawhide & Leather Braided Bosal-Underbridle. Soft braided leather bosal, 8 Plait, 3⁄8” with a smooth leather braided noseband or leather noseband with rawhide braided sides. Bosals are the nosepiece part of a hackamore outfit, but the terms are often used interchangeably.
