Rouxls Kaard (pronounced "rules card" [1]) is a Darkner from the Card Kingdom. He proclaims himself the "Duke of Puzzles" and is a servant of King in Chapter 1. In Chapter 1, he challenges the party multiple times throughout Card Castle to complete his puzzles, but they are trivially easy.

Rouxls Kaard is a self-confident man, oblivious to his own shortcomings, considering himself suitable for anything he does. Appointed as Duke of Puzzles by King, Rouxls Kaard was the one responsible for most of the puzzles being vandalized during Chapter 1.

Cards are a Light World item in Chapter 2 of Deltarune. They cannot be dropped. The Cards represent Lancer and Rouxls Kaard, and transforms back into these characters when entering a Dark World, similarly to how Ball of Junk transforms into the Dark World inventory.
