Apr 12, 2024 · Rumia is the very first boss of the "Windows era" of Touhou, and ZUN commented that he wanted Touhou 6: Embodiment of Scarlet Devil (EoSD) to be a subversion of expectations, and thus made the first boss have an ability with this really menacing tone to it: "Manipulation of darkness".
