I lookee in disk mnagement and it shows up as "Storage Pool" 55.87 GB, Healthy (Storage Soaces Protective Partiton). In the control panel storage spaces tab there is a drop down menu in red called Drives with an unrecognised configuration. A drive is in there called External USB 3.0 SCSI Disk Device. The reset button is blanked out.
