Aug 2, 2021 · So the SM1 and other threads are 60 degrees but RMS is 55. So I created a new separate file. Fusion's hole tool no longer works if an xml has two ThreadType sections.

Dec 17, 2023 · The modeled thread switch is still on the Hole dialog (when a threaded hole type is selected): Yes, there is a toggle under document settings (has been there for many years). In the attached design, I toggled this to "modeled", and exported the body as a mesh. The modeled threads looked OK to me: model and exported STL are attached.
