Jun 4, 2018 · Yoshi seems like such a good sport the rest of the match; why does he take losing so hard? I really hope Nintendo fixes this issue before launch, because I'm not sure my heart can take seeing that sad and defeated look on his face each and every time he loses a tennis match.

Jan 24, 2020 · Haha good ol’ Yoshi. Actually though I think the original music from the little game this animation comes from fits the “vibing” better haha, I remember playing this and just looking at poor yoshi picking the pedals.

Feb 19, 2019 · Makes me sad too, because it marks the end of the only great Yoshi game. None of the others have come close to matching its quality. Wooly World was good (not great), but the rest of the Yoshi games are kind of mediocre. Or maybe I'm just nostalgia blinded because I played the original when I was 7.

A minigame in Super Mario 64 DS. In this minigame, Yoshi plucks petals from a flower, doing the "She loves me, she loves me not" thing. There isn't any skill to the minigame. If the last petal Yoshi plucks was "she loves me not," Yoshi just gets sad :(

May 19, 2024 · I recently found out that « yoshi » means « orphan » or something. In Mario games, looks first like a tyrannosaurus right? But Yoshi has some “bones plates” on the back like stegosaurus. In Japanese « stego » means « abandoned kid », synonym of orphans. Can you guys confirm my sad yoshi theory?
