Can't save as JPG; most file types are missing from save options
May 18, 2021 · Most of the file type options are missing from my save menu. I cannot save JPGs unless I choose the 'Save as a Copy command. If I choose 'Save', or 'Save As...' I only see options to save as PSD, PSB, IFF, JPF, PNG, TIFF. I've noticed that for some files, I only have PSD, PSB, and TIFF. I have my project set to 8-bit, RGB Color.

Sep 12, 2019 · If you don't click "Apply", you will still able to open the current file with Adobe, but the rest of PDT files in your computer will still remain the HTML file type. Once your existing PDF files all come back to Adobe file type (with a PDF file icon), a PDF file will be saved, well, as a PDF file with Adobe file type now. Hope this helps.

May 16, 2021 · @paulathorne "Save As" is located in the "File" menu right under "Save". When I do a Save As, I am seeing PNG as a file format for saving. But if you have any layers, you will not see the PNG format option. Right under "Save As" you will "Save A Copy " where you will see PNG as a file option.
