Mar 19, 2017 · I shot one of my buddy's SCAR 16 with an ACOG, but his reticle was Chevron without any BDC. I loved it but have not been able to find any such reticle in my search for an ACOG. Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks!

Apr 30, 2012 · The ACOG is great for what it was designed for but isn't an MOA optic. It's very good on steel out to 600 yards but if you are shooting for groups get a Leupy 1.5X5 or stronger scope. But then you loose the speed you get with the ACOG.

Jan 9, 2024 · The 3.5X Trijicon ACOG is built just like any other ACOG scopes with 7075 T6 aircraft grade aluminum, and the 3.5X model has much better eye relief distance for helmet wearing shooters. The fixed magnification prism sight makes it a great optic for SCAR 17 and for shooters with astigmatism.

Nov 16, 2012 · Im seriously considering getting a ACOG with a red dot on top for my SCAR 17s. Make it a mid/close range use weapon. Any reasons I should stop myself from pulling the trigger?

Nov 1, 2024 · Using your scar as a battle rifle type role the ACOG with a piggy back RD is excellent. Clear glass, wide FOV, tough as nails, light weight. Will hold up to SCAR impulse abuse.
