Scooch Pooch is a next-door neighbor of the Barkers who just moved in to Pawston from a farm in a rural area along with his mom and live with her in a new home. Back on the old farm, Scooch gained an appreciation with chickens because of how adorable they are.

Scooch Pooch (voiced by Callum Shoniker in the American dub and Toby Fullman in the British dub) is a 6-year-old [7] small blue dog resembling a Terrier. Scooch is a new neighbor in the town of Pawston (as he has moved in from a farm), and he is more shy and reserved compared to Tag.

Sgt. Pooch decides to finally tell Tag and Scooch the story of the Pooches' time on the farm before they moved to Pawston, and why they decided to move there, as well as how Scooch got his bandana and why he loves chickens in the first place.
