Apr 5, 2023 · Get up in there with a flathead screwdriver and try to either twist the cleat manually or pry the pedal apart enough to pull the shoe off. The other screw has unthreaded/loosened, so the shoe just rotated around it and you can’t snap the clear out of the pedal. There is a YouTube video for just this issue.
