Sep 14, 2023 · Southampton Hospitals Charity has officially announced the launch of Light the South art trail. The public art event will take place in summer 2024 and raise money for Southampton Children’s Hospital.

Aug 15, 2024 · The ‘Window Spotting’ trail will be up until September 12. Anyone who completes this trail can enter to win one of ten ‘paint your own lighthouse’ sculptures by simply dropping their completed map into the Red Jet terminal at West Cowes, or Red Funnel terminal at East Cowes.

Oct 7, 2024 · The trail, which opens on 13 July, will take you on a cultural tour of Southampton and Cowes on the Isle of Wight and features 40, 8ft lighthouses and 40 mini lighthouses uniquely designed and decorated by some of the UK’s most talented artists, as well as school and community groups.
