Small Producers Development and Transporters Association (SPRODETA) is A LOCAL Non-Governmental Organization involved in livelihood initiatives and targeting the rural marginalised households. It was established in 2009 and registered in 2012 by the Government of Malawi under the Trustee Incorporation Act (CAP .5.03).

At SPRODETA, our volunteers play a vital role in driving meaningful change across rural Malawi. By donating your time and skills, you can help us empower communities, support sustainable development, and improve livelihoods.

SPRODETA helps rural producers access better markets by connecting them with buyers and providing training in value addition. We work with farmers to improve product quality, diversify their offerings, and negotiate fair prices to increase their profitability.
