SSEN Transmission has announced a renewed partnership with BAM and Siemens Energy through the signing of a transformative contract under the Accelerated Strategic Transmission Investment (ASTI) framework.

The Accelerated Strategic Transmission Investment (ASTI) upgrade framework includes a programme of overhead lines, underground cables and substations in order to redevelop the transmission network in the north of Scotland between now and 2030.
