A STING pathway-activatable contrast agent for MRI-guided …
Nov 1, 2023 · Robust IFN-γ secretes in the activated STING pathway, which can inhibit the system X c − and activate the GPX4 pathway, leading to LPO accumulation for ferroptosis therapy. Therefore, our MRI contrast agent FeGd-HN@TA-Fe 2+-SN38 can be used for immunoferroptosis synergistic therapy of tumors.
A Turbo‐Charging System‐Like Contrast Agent for MRI‐Guided STING …
To overcome the problems of Gd‐based contrast agents (GBCAs) and stimulator of interferon genes (STING) agonists, in this study, a Turbo‐charging system‐like GBCA termed as Turbo S are designed and constructed for MRI‐guided STING pathway‐activated cancer immunotherapy.
A STING pathway-activatable contrast agent for MRI-guided …
To solve these problems, in this study, we developed a STING pathway-activatable contrast agent (i.e., FeGd-HN@TA-Fe 2+-SN38 nanoparticles) for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-guided tumor immunoferroptosis synergistic therapy.
A Turbo‐Charging System‐Like Contrast Agent for MRI‐Guided STING …
Nov 3, 2024 · To overcome the problems of Gd‐based contrast agents (GBCAs) (nephrotoxicity and brain deposition) and stimulator of interferon genes (STING) agonists (poor stability, low delivery efficiency,...
pH-Responsive manganese sulfide nanotheranostics amplifying cGAS-STING ...
Apr 3, 2024 · Herein, we report α-phase manganese sulfide nanotheranostics (MnSN) as an MRI-guided chemodynamic therapy agent and cGAS-STING agonist for tumor immunotherapy. MnSN can degrade into manganese ions in response to the mildly acidic tumor microenvironment.
A Turbo‐Charging System‐Like Contrast Agent for MRI‐Guided STING …
To overcome the problems of Gd‐based contrast agents (GBCAs) (nephrotoxicity and brain deposition) and stimulator of interferon genes (STING) agonists (poor stability, low delivery efficiency, and potential toxicity), in this study, a Turbo‐charging system‐like GBCA is designed and constructed for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) guided ...
A STING pathway-activatable contrast agent for MRI-guided …
Aug 1, 2023 · Based on the synergistic mechanisms of ferroptosis, immunosuppression reversal and disulfidptosis, the intelligent nanomedicine GOx-IA@HMON@IO can be used for MRI-guided tumor therapy with excellent biocompatibility and safety.
Manganese-Phenolic Networks Platform Amplifying STING …
Mechanistically, DOX could kill cancer cells while Mn 2+ could significantly increase the activity of STING pathway related protein to amplify the STING signal and has the function of MRI T 1 imaging. The nanoplatform could promote the presentation of tumor antigens and activate a robust innate and adaptive immunity, providing reference for the ...
A manganese-phenolic network platform amplifying STING
May 30, 2023 · Here, we developed a manganese-phenolic network platform (TMPD) to boost antitumor immunity via a stimulator of interferon gene (STING)-amplified activation cascade. TMPD is based on doxorubicin (DOX)-loaded PEG-PLGA nanoparticles and further coated with manganese (Mn 2+ )-tannic acid (TA) networks.
A Turbo‐Charging System‐Like Contrast Agent for MRI‐Guided STING …
Nov 3, 2024 · So, to overcome the aforementioned challenges associated with GBCAs and STING agonists, a Turbo-charging system-like GBCA, termed as Turbo S, was designed and constructed for MRI-guided STING pathway-activated cancer immunotherapy.
