Dougland is a recurring character of the 2016 film, Storks. Not much about his life, other that fact, where he lives in Stork Mountain. One of the volunteers to help test out Tulip's jetpack but due to his reckless behavior he ended up getting the group nearly killed by his fast speeds.

Sep 23, 2016 · Storks deliver babies...or at least they used to. Now they deliver packages for global internet giant Cornerstore.com. Junior, the company's top delivery stork, is about to be promoted when he accidentally activates the Baby Making Machine, producing an adorable and wholly unauthorized baby girl.

The damage to the power box causes the machine to malfunction and start churning out more and more babies, and Junior and Tulip rally the storks (and the jetpack-wearing flightless birds) to safely get the infants down onto the floor.
