SVA has produced more than 180 posters for the New York City subway platforms, in the process creating one of the most enduring public art projects in the City.

As the design studio for the School of Visual Arts, the Press produces the College’s printed publications, websites, environmental graphics and promotional products while maintaining a unified branded identity.

Aug 17, 2023 · School of Visual Arts this fall will present “ Underground Images: A History,” a new exhibition showcasing the full collection of the College’s Subway Posters, which have covered the walls of NYC transit stations for almost 75 years.

SVA is an art school in NYC for those who are curious. Vivienne Medrano has always been an inspiration to me and seeing her talk about SVA encouraged to look into it. from what i saw, people looked happy, they looked like they were having the time of their life.
