Jul 24, 2022 · Taser cartridges do have "confetti" in them. Each cartridge is packed full of AFIDs, which can be used to track the deployment of a taser. I personally used this back in the day before more advanced technology (body-worn cameras) when an arrestee claimed I tased him in the back of my car while he was handcuffed.
