The album was the final LP recorded by the original Funkadelic lineup; after its release, founding members Tawl Ross (guitar), Billy Nelson (bass), and Tiki Fulwood (drums) left the band for various reasons.

Jan 3, 2024 · Loved his playing on the early albums and with Ruth Copeland. His solo album is really great and worth checking out. Always hoped he would surprise us all with another album. RIP.
